Solving Canonical Url Can't Be Done On Wordpress and Drupal

Hi there,

I have Wordpress installed in the root directory, and Drupal install in subdirectory called "/mobile". How can I solve canonical url problem for /mobile Urls, where /mobile is Drupal installation
