htaccess Elite

Hi,

I have a VPS website and use 1 IP address and if I goto the IP address it shows my website.
How can I make it so if someone types in my IP address it rewrites it and makes them goto my website.

EG - If they type in 128.17.18.1 it redirects them to mysite.com

PS - I wont to use the rewrite and not the redirect function if possible.

Any ideas?
