Hello at all.

In my .htaccess file there are these rows:

RewriteRule ^news-topic-([0-9]*).html file.php?name=News&new_topic=$1 [L]
RewriteRule ^.*$ not.php

The problem is that DON'T STOP at first row despite [L] flag, but proceeds at second row then open the page "not.php".

WHY???
