I am pulling in the page title of a current page in from a database via php for my blog. I want to mod rewrite the url of that page to iclude the title. So i want to turn blog/journal.php?id=2 into blog/title-of-blog.html

Is that even possible? I can provide more details cause I am sure I might not be asking this correctly.
